Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Spain. Standard delivery within the EU takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us at akowalska@azarawear.com to initiate a return.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our technical fabrics are designed with stretch for a comfortable, second-skin fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or staying true to size for a performance fit.
Products & Care
What materials do you use?
We use premium technical fabrics including high-performance Nylon/Spandex blends with moisture-wicking, quick-dry, and UV protection properties. All materials are carefully selected for durability, comfort, and performance in the saddle.
How should I care for my Azara products?
Machine wash at 30°C with similar colours. Strictly no fabric softener — it destroys the moisture-wicking properties. Wash inside out, do not bleach or tumble dry, and do not iron. Our fabrics are naturally wrinkle-resistant.
Are your products suitable for competition?
We design with competition in mind. Our breeches have already received great feedback for being comfortable enough to compete in, and we are currently preparing a dedicated competition colour line. In the meantime, they are perfect for training — offering the same technical performance, elegant silhouette, and unrestricted movement you need in the arena.
