4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Azara & Co. is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (InPost, DPD/Seur) or customs processing. All delivery times are estimates. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

All content on this site, including text, logos, product designs, and images, is the property of Azara & Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any material without our express written consent.

6. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. By using this Service, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the sales contract between you and Azara & Co., and you release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.
